California Privacy Notice

Last Updated: December 9, 2025

In conjunction with our Privacy Policy, this section provides additional personal information rights for California residents. This also provides a comprehensive description of our online and offline practices.

Categories of Personal Information that We Collect, Disclose and Sell

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, CCPA), personal information is defined as any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

The statutes further define categories of personal information. Below, please find the categories of personal information about California residents that we may have collected, disclosed to third parties or service providers for a business purpose in the preceding 12 months. We do not sell or share personal information.

Category: Name, Contact Information and Identifiers

Category: Customer Records

Category: Protected Classifications

Category: Purchase History and Tendencies

Category: Usage Data

Category: Audio/Visual

Category: Sensitive Personal Information

Category: Geolocation data as defined under CCPA

Purposes of Collection, Use, and Disclosure

In general, we collect and otherwise process personal information for the following business or commercial purposes, or as otherwise directed or consented to by you:

Sales and Sharing of Personal Information

The CCPA defines “sale” as disclosing or making available personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” includes disclosing or making available personal information to a third party for purposes of cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

We do not sell or share personal information (including for advertising purposes). Disclosures to third parties are strictly for business purposes under contract (e.g., payment processing, analytics), with no monetary exchange or behavioral ad targeting.

California Residents’ Rights

California law grants California residents certain rights and imposes restrictions on particular business practices as set forth below.

Right to Opt-Out California residents have the right to opt out of our sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Additionally, under the CCPA, residents have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Since we do not sell or share, this right is not applicable, but we honor cookie opt-outs for tracking. Online opt-out rights can be exercised by visiting our Cookie Policy for options or by going directly to our Cookie Settings page and deleting or preventing cookies from being used. We do not, and will not, sell or share your information to third-parties as defined in the CPRA.

Right to Opt-In We do not sell or share personal information about residents who we know are younger than 16 years old without verifiable parental consent.

Notice at Collection. We are required to notify California residents, at or before the point of collection of their personal information, of the categories of personal information collected, the retention periods for such information and the purposes for which such information is used (as detailed in our Privacy Policy).

Verifiable Requests to Delete, Requests to Know, and Requests to Correct Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to make the following requests, at no charge, up to twice every 12 months:

We do not currently offer any financial incentive programs (e.g., loyalty rewards or discounts tied to data collection) that would qualify under CCPA. If we introduce one in the future, we will provide notice of terms, value, and opt-out options.

Retention Period

We retain the categories of personal information outlined above for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Service Providers and Contractors

We share personal information with service providers and contractors as necessary for business purposes (e.g., payment processors). Contractors are subject to the same CCPA regulations as service providers, including data processing agreements ensuring security, limited use, and deletion upon termination.

*Requests may be denied in whole or in part due to various factors, including because a request was not verifiable, was not made by a consumer, was made multiple times, or called for information exempt from disclosure (e.g., public filings or legal obligations).
